How do I order custom press-on nails?

1. Complete the Nail Order Form located at the top of the shop page.
   This form collects your sizing information, preferred sizing method, inspiration photos, and any add-ons for your order.

2. Choose the press-on set that best matches your desired design:
   The Essentials (simple/minimal)
   The Signature Vault (detailed/trendy)
   The Luxe Vault (specialty/advanced)

3. Select your preferred nail shape.

4. Select your preferred nail length:
   Short, Medium, or Long

5. Complete checkout.

Your order form and inspiration photos will be reviewed before your set is created. If your selected design falls into a different tier, you will be contacted before work begins.

Can I make changes to my design?

Yes. Changes may be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that time, your design may already be in production, and changes may not be possible.

What is your processing time?

All sets are handmade to order. Current processing time is 3–5 business days (not including shipping).

Processing time is the time needed to create, prepare, and package your order before it is mailed.

What shipping options are available?

Free Standard Shipping (Included)
Standard shipping is included in all press-on pricing and typically arrives within 3–5 business days after your order has shipped.

Priority Shipping Upgrade ($9.50)
Need your order sooner? You may upgrade to priority shipping at checkout. Priority shipping typically arrives within 1–3 business days after your order has shipped.

What’s the difference between processing time and shipping time?

Processing time is how long it takes to create and prepare your custom order (3–5 business days).

Shipping time begins once your order has been mailed:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

• Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Example: If your order takes 4 business days to process and you choose standard shipping, your total wait may be around 7–9 business days.

What size do I need?

What comes with my nails?

Each order includes:

• Your custom press-on nail set

• Application kit, including:

  • Adhesive tabs

  • Nail glue

  • Alcohol wipe

  • Cuticle pusher

  • Buffing block

• Care instructions

Can I reuse my nails?

Yes. With proper care and gentle removal, your press-on nails can be reused multiple times.

Will my nails look exactly like my inspiration photo?

Your design will be recreated as closely as possible, but slight variations may occur since every set is handmade and customized.

What if I have curved or flat nail beds?

Natural tips fit most nail beds. Sculpted tips are best for clients with very curved nail beds. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out before ordering.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of handmade press-on nails, all sales are final. Please review your sizing carefully before placing your order.

Order Policy

All press-on nails are custom-made to order. Please ensure all sizing, shape, and design selections are correct before completing your purchase.

Once an order is submitted, it immediately enters processing.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled as production may have already begun.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of all press-on sets, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

Sizing Responsibility

Vaulted Beauty Bar is not responsible for incorrect sizing selected at checkout. A sizing kit is strongly recommended to ensure the best fit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your name, order number, and clear photos of the issue (including packaging if applicable).

If the issue is confirmed to be due to an error on our end (such as incorrect item sent or product defect before shipping), a replacement or correction will be provided.

If the package or items are damaged during shipping, this is considered a carrier-related issue. Please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking information. Assistance can be provided if needed.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if:

• The order is canceled within 24 hours, OR

• There is a confirmed error on our end

We're unable to issue refunds for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or after production has begun.
